•    Unlimited phone/ Skype and e-mail consultations

•    Creating your own personalized Bar / Bat Mitzvah vision board

•    Vendor recommendations in: Entertainment, Photography / Videography, Catering, Decor and more

•    Full set up of the venue including: tables, place cards, centrepieces, guest gifts, giveaways / prizes, guest book and more

•    Full assistance with finding a venue

•    Scheduling and attending all vendor meetings and negotiations with vendors

•    Full assistance with creation of menu and drink selection

•    Scheduling food tastings. (Kosher and Non – Kosher catering available)

•    Event coordination by lead coordinator from start to finish up to 10 hours

•    Coordinating the flow of the event from cocktail hour to celebration time. Making sure all things run smoothly and on schedule

•    Overseeing vendors production, set up and clean up

•    Coordinating speeches and any other entertainment during the reception
